Fall Family Mini Sessions
Let's get colorful & fun family photos done... quickly!
Out & About or at home...
I believe that photos should document who you really are because you're perfect just the way you are.
These sessions will go quickly and if you've worked with me before you know I love documenting your family at home in pajamas on a lazy Saturday morning, BUT I also love catching up with you and photographing you for some fun and quick photos as well. As long as we don't force kiddos to be someone they're not, they will shine for you and the camera! I'm pretty laid back and I've seen it all, so my only rule for mini sessions is for everyone to be themselves and it will be okay (and maybe have some ice cream too, that will definitely bring the smiles)!
Booking
To book, you will select your desired date/time and pay your fee. I will send out a contract, short questionnaire that allows me the chance to get to know your family, and a "welcome guide" to help prepare you for your session. A few days before our session, I'll send out a confirmation email.
Your session...
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time, this will help everyone from feeling rushed. Your scheduled time is the time I will start photographing your family.
Your session will take about 15 minutes and I will make it quick, easy, and stress-free! (Dads appreciate this!) I will get whole family shots, siblings, individual kiddos, and at least one parent shot. I'll help direct you, but please, feel free to tickle, hug, rub noses! Think PLAY not POSE! Also, "cheese" is a bad word to me, lol!
I have 2 kids myself, so I know that... they don't actually do what you want, when you want, so if you relax and have fun, they will parrot you and have fun too! If you are stressed, they will for sure, not smile!
After your session...
2-3 weeks after your session, you will receive an email with a link to a gallery that includes all of your fully-edited images. You will be able to select your FIVE favorite images for download.
You will also be able to purchase extra digitals and/or prints and products directly through your gallery.
Your gallery will be active for 1 month from the time you receive it, giving you plenty of time to select your favorites for download and make any additional purchases if you desire.

Your fee includes...
A 15 minute photo session.
Your choice of 5 digital images from your gallery (The gallery will contain around 15 - 20 images).
Options to purchase additional digitals, upgrade to full gallery download, and/or prints and products too.
$250 (+tax)
(Your fee is non-refundable. If necessary, you can transfer the to another party. Please notify me of the situation.)

Jetton Park
COMPLETE
This beautiful park off of Lake Norman hosts a small beach with sand and water, surrounded by trees. No, we can't get in and swim, but we can take gorgeous photos! Note, at times, main beach access can get denied bc of reservations from weddings (I haven't had this happen yet), but there are so many amazing access points around it.
South End
SOLD OUT
South End is a fun and colorful location with different contemporary seating locations that are fun to sit around and grab cute photos. The "Confetti Hearts wall" is also a fun spot we can grab photos at along with Jeni's Ice Cream cute and colorful building!
Mint Museum

Beautiful brick walking area behind the museum and a gorgeous green natural area with tall trees allows for a beautiful fall backdrop to photos. The morning sun looks beautiful here.
Camp North End

The ever changing Camp North End is a super fun location to take unique photos. Exposed brick and graffiti art are accented around the grounds. There is a lot going on, but it makes for some of the most fun photos!

Documentary Mini Sessions
I only do these once a year! You can have a shortened version of my regular family sessions to document your family at home or at your favorite location. These sessions run about 35 minutes and are my absolute favorites! You can do a more traditional style in a beautiful location, pajamas at home, tracksuits on a graffiti staircase, or even putting up your Christmas tree! We will plan this together!
My belief is that every person should be framed in the moments they’ve felt the most loved and cared for.
*When booking a custom mini you will either select the 9 am or the 5 pm for the day you would like. This does not mean we have to start at that time in the morning, this just books up my morning or evening for your family photo session. If you do not see a date you would like, please email me and I will help get you on the calendar.*

A 30 minute photo session.
Your choice of 10 digital images from your gallery (The gallery will contain around 25 - 35 images).
Options to purchase additional digitals, upgrade to full gallery download, and/or prints and products too.
$400 (+tax)
Your fee is non-refundable, if weather or health issues come up we can figure out a make up date.
